Create a Database, Chat Category & Assign users

1. Create Database/s by navigating to the Database Manager page and click on the +Add Database button.

   • Define the “Database Name”

   • Upload/Associate/Embed your source data (DOC,PDF, CSV,+More)

   • Save

2. Create a New Chat Category by navigating to the Chat Category page and click the + Add Category button.

   • Enter the “Category Name”

   • Define the “Instruction” for the Chat Category

   • Select what “Datasets/Databases” you wish to associate with that chat category.

   • Save

3. NOTE: You will need to assign other users to this Chat Category before they are able to interact with it

4. To assign users access to a chat category go to the Chat Category page , locate the chat category you wish to add the user to, and then proceed to click the Assign users icon to add specific users.
