Create an Organisation

For Organisation Admins:

As an Organization Admin in Datalinker.AI, your first login is a significant step. It's where you'll create the foundation of your organisation's presence within the platform.

On your initial login, you'll be guided to set up your organisational workspace. This is your area to manage integrations, users, and specific configurations. Naming your organisation accurately is crucial, as this is how your team and other users will identify your workspace. Once your organisation is set up, you'll have the ability to invite users to join. This is a pivotal role, as you'll be establishing the gateway for your colleagues to engage with Datalinker.AI, shaping how your company interacts with this powerful tool.

Note: Be sure to check whether or not the main organisation has been set up by someone else before you proceed.

For Organisation Users:

As a new user logging into Datalinker.AI, your journey starts with creating a personal organisation. This isn't directly linked to your company's main organisation but serves as a personal space for you to familiarise yourself with the platform's features. Your entry into your company's main organisational workspace on Datalinker.AI comes through an invitation from your organisation's admin. This invitation is key, as it transitions you from your individual space to being a part of your company's collaborative environment within Datalinker.AI. Once you've accepted the invite and joined the main organisation, a new realm of functionalities and interactions opens up, tailored to your company's specific usage of Datalinker.AI.

Note: Be sure to ask your company's organisational admin for an invite to the organisation. This invite will be sent to your email for verification and acceptance.
