The organisation management section provides various functionalities related to organisation administration such as creating new “databases”, “ chat categories” as well as the ability to manage “users” and “billing”/ Token usage.

Note: The ability to access these sections will depend on the users roles and permissions. “Admins” will be able to access the complete backend whilst “Users” will be able to only view the front-end with their respective chat categories assigned to them.
