The first page within the Chat Category Settings displays a list of all the current chat categories. Administrators can perform several functions related to each category, including managing the following aspects:

Editing Content: Administrators can edit the content that is embedded or referenced within a chat category. This allows them to update or modify the information associated with a particular category.

Managing User Access to a Chat Category: Administrators can control who has access to a specific chat category. They can add or remove users and adjust their permissions within the category. This allows administrators to ensure that the right users can interact with the relevant information.
